Construction is forecasted to commence in February 2024 and expect completion late 2024. All owners will be kept up to date with the latest progress via regular emails and via our social media.

By signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement for a conditional purchase with due diligence, you have secured your new home and nobody else can buy it. You can then begin to put your finance in place as well as applying for your KiwiSaver withdrawal. Once all is in order, your lawyer will confirm your due diligence. You will then have two weeks to pay your deposit which will be held in a solicitor’s trust account where you will earn a small amount of interest. No one can touch this money until the house is completed. Once you have paid your deposit, you don’t pay anything else until completion.

The price you pay is fixed. If the property gains value, you still pay the same price initially agreed on. This means you can keep saving right up until you settle the agreement and the purchase goes through. It’s a great way to feel more comfortable having extra savings when you ultimately move into your new home.

No, these terraced houses will have brand new ‘freehold fee simple titles’ issued. There won’t be any exorbitant body corporate levies you have to budget for!

To protect all owners in the development there are some minor covenants in place to help prevent any disputes in the future. Pets for example are allowed but we have limited the number to a maximum of 2 per house. Please refer to the easement document attached to the sale and purchase agreement for more information.
